Most people, especially now with the internet, are defaulting more and more to being very untrusting and being very negative.

Okay, we were scared to go to this place, but we decided to go in saying, you know what, we're going to trust that something great is going to happen.

And that requires trust, which is scary, but it's like an exercise.

It is an exercise.

I still have some good butterflies like starting this podcast. We just did a two-minute meditation before starting and took like some deep breath.

So maybe you are tuning in as well. We should take a breath. I don't know or not. Maybe you're thinking I'm not taking a breath. Then you don't do it.

How do you feel to take a breath right now, Thomas? Always a good idea.

It is a good idea. Have you ever regret to take a breath? No. I think in life, everything moves so freaking fast.

I think we need to learn to, I think every single person on Earth right now needs to

slow down a little bit, you know.

I don't think we've ever, anyways, we're not going to open a can of worms there,

but there's just so much input all the time.

I think that our brains are begging us for

some for some breaths it is right yeah we often always do it right we always do it right before an

episode like breathe or meditate and feels like this as well or like if meeting a going in a meeting

maybe or don't want to talk about dating again but before like like going on a date can we get a breath or so. But yeah, yeah, welcome back to everyone who've been tuning in before.
