0:28.3	wonderful guest, Tara. Welcome, Tara. Hi. Well, thanks for having me. Yeah, it's great to have you.
0:34.0	You are a Run Disney fanatic, and so we are super excited to talk to you about
0:38.0	all things run Disney. Before we dive into it, what, why don't you give everyone your Disney background?
0:43.6	I would say I started with my Disney fanaticism when I was about two years old with my first trip.
0:50.2	My first kind of word was ball when I went to Epcot.
0:59.3	So I've had a longstanding love of Disney World.
1:01.0	I've been to Disneyland.
1:02.6	I've been to Disneyland Paris.
1:09.1	And I'm hoping to maybe add the other Asian parks when maybe we get back to international travel.
1:10.6	But so I went through to Disney World as a kid.
1:14.2	I went to Disney World in college once or twice with sorority sisters. And then it was about when
1:20.5	my husband and I had our first child that we decided we were looking at investment opportunities
1:25.2	and we bought our first vacation rental in Disney World.
1:29.8	So now we go frequently and Disney is part of where we like to escape to,
1:36.2	but it's also part of how, you know, we pay for everyday life.
1:42.1	So Tara, are you an annual passholder then at any of the parks? We have been,
