I'm going to share some incredible examples of people who are doing,

excuse my language, but cool as fuck things at 50 plus.

And the reason I want to share this is because I think it's so inspiring.

And then I'm going to share at the end some really interesting research around aging and our

perceptions of aging and how that changes our reality of aging, like genuinely changes that

kind of mind-blowing research.

Anyway, I also just think why the average and settle and agree with the kind of social

normal narrative that everything's just going to go downhill as you age.

That's not the outcome I want and it certainly doesn't have to be the reality.

So a few weeks

ago somebody commented in my story box on Instagram that they felt like they had let themselves

go and that now at 54 it was too late to change. And I wanted to inspire them. So I asked people

to share things that they've started or achieved over the age of 50.

And some of these are absolutely incredible. And then I did a post on this and I'm going to share

Like it is one of the most inspiring posts and it just really does make you think, wow, if my

I feel like I'm too old to change now and look at all these incredible people doing
