So if we're going to go into a multi-domain operating environment, we have to have multi-domain

intelligence.

You can have the most pristine sensors in the world, and if you don't have the right analytics

and cloud computing to be able to sort all that data. You're going to be trouble.

It's not a secret that over the last 20 years,

foreign intelligence entities have had a vector on our networks,

on our partners' networks, and there's been a gigantic theft.

For the Army, we really have a counterintelligence posture

that was developed in the Cold War.

And so we need to turn that around first.
