The kids are in bed, and we're gearing up for another we've had it's been a bit of a wild week it's um oh I'm Dosty Slay I'm your host and

I'm here with my wife and co-host Hannah Hogan what's's up? All right. So we've had a bit of a

wild week. It's Nashville Comedy Festival this week. And that's exciting. It's the 10th anniversary

of the Nashville Comedy Festival, which I was here for the very first one that April 1st of this, well, April 1st marked my 10th year here in Nashville.

I remember when I moved, I moved to Charleston. I lived in Charleston for a little over 10 years.

And when I was moving to Nashville, my plan was Charleston for a little over 10 years. And when I was moving to

Nashville, my plan was to move around a little bit. I said, I don't know that I want to stay in

Nashville for as long as I stayed in Charleston. I think I'd plan to, you know, just kind of

see what happens and then move on to somewhere else. But Nashville's really

worked out for me. Yeah, it has. So Nashville was blessed with you and the Nashville

Comedy Festival the same year. Yeah, it's our 10, yeah, it's our 10 year reunion. Property values

have only gone up since then.

That's true. You know what? And I was over, I don't know what, I think this is called like

Midtown or whatever of Nashville. But it's like you have downtown and then you cross the

interstate and then there's a, there was a couple of little car lots there was a

Toyota dealership like a Volvo dealership couple of them right there and then like a like a

gay bar now like an adult store and a strip club and then more nice buildings.

Yeah, there's a gay bar in there too.

Yeah, probably so.

So I drove by today.

The Toyota dealership and the other dealership across the road are closed and there's a plan
