1:08.9	You see, the job of government is to protect the citizenry from bad people because if you
1:15.9	can't walk the streets, if you can't conduct business and open your shop and or even
1:22.3	live at home without being attacked, you have no liberty.
1:27.5	And what's worse is when you live in an era where we have a strong, you know, justice
1:33.9	system deterring people from taking the line to their own hands to retaliate or defend themselves
1:42.2	against bad guys, but you don't have a strong system anymore to deter the bad guys that
1:47.7	really is a liberty and tyranny issue because then the government traps you into that.
