0:28.2	Now this is an idea that I first came up with about four years ago and I have started and

0:38.0	I just got completely overwhelmed by the breadth and scope of
0:41.6	this entire concept.
0:43.0	But I pulled it out the other day and dusted it off
0:46.0	and I fed it into chat GPT's new canvas feature
0:49.0	where they, you know, like side by side kind of co-author something with you and I started
0:55.1	rewriting it using AI to help me express these ideas that previously well the
1:01.2	best way I can describe it is that it felt like I was trying to push these
1:04.0	ideas out of my brain these big ideas through this really narrow straw and it was just
1:09.2	so frustrating but with AI's help and guidance I've been able to write the first eight chapters and really flesh out these ideas.
