Welcome, especially to those of you who are new.

I kind of tagged this one that if you're new, start here because I, for myself,

when I find a new podcast, I kind of go back through and I look at the titles and part of me

thinks maybe I should start at the beginning, but if there's a lot as there are a lot in this podcast,

then I feel a little overwhelmed like maybe I shouldn't go that far back.

I don't know where to begin.

So if some of you feel that way, I wanted to provide this episode here to kind of get you up to speed.

And for those of you that aren't new, that have been listening since the beginning or for a long time,

anyway, I know that you're still going to get a lot out of this because I'm going to give you the content

in a different way than I normally have packaged it.

So I really encourage you to listen to this either way because the repetition and the hearing

things in a different way, explained in a different way will sometimes help the concepts to click a little bit better for you.
