Summary

Dean is a husband, father, business man and a special constable (part-time police officer) in the UK. Dean tells Annie about his story and how is relationship with alcohol started out, like so many of us, by casually going out drinking with his friends.  After a terrible work-related injury that would change his plans for his life and the loss of his dear grandmother, Dean’s relationship with alcohol quickly got out of control. Until one day, after 6 years had gone by in a blur, Dean experienced an Aha Moment that resulted in Spontaneous Sobriety. Now, he hasn’t had a drink in over 14 months and describes how much life has changed since he took back control of his relationship with alcohol.
