Well, hello and welcome to the messy table, an ordinary space for us to take a deep breath of truth and

encouragement because we all have messes in our lives, whether it's your toddler who just

spilled an entire box of goldfish all over the floor, or maybe you're just doing your best

to juggle work and home and school in life right in the middle of a pandemic. Maybe you found

yourself caught in a cycle of anxious thoughts,

or struggling through a complicated relationship,

or sorting through some kind of difficult decision,

or fighting for contentment during this especially chaotic time.

Whatever the mess, whatever your story,

I want to invite you to join me in clinging to Jesus's words. Right before he left

earth, right before he sent his spirit, he said, surely, I am with you always to the very

end of the age. Well, I'm Jen Jewel, and I have the joy of hosting this faith-fueled

conversation-style podcast, which unleashes a brand new episode into your speakers,

your earbuds every other Tuesday. And today I have an incredible friend and co-host back with me as
