So many people come on this show and have some cool piece of research, some insight they've figured out.

But sometimes they're kind of like meat and potatoes,

a little boring.

It requires a lot of energy from me to make them shine.

I'm not being cocky,

I'm just pretty good at this stuff now. But what I love is when I don't have to do too much,

you get a guest on who just shines.

You just wind them up and they go.

And I love that.

I get energized.

Not only do you learn something new that you've never thought about or they have a

perspective that you have never imagined, they just do something to you. These people have

something either due to their experience, their age, I don't know what it is.

And as a show like this gets bigger and bigger and bigger, I sometimes like to, as you might guess,

reach back into the archives and pull forward some guest episodes that you may not have heard or you forgot about.
