Hi guys, welcome back to It's Metang's, how's everyone doing?

Our first week of the year, that's a wrap.

How is everyone's January going?

I hope that the January reframe episode was effective.

I hope that those of us who are dry-jaining are flying through it and feeling great.

I will say, one of my goals this year is to really go deeper with you guys and be even

more honest, like when things, you know, just everything.

Because sometimes I fear that if I let you know that I'm struggling with something, you

might, I don't know, distrust me or whatever, but now I'm realizing that that's quite the

opposite and that I should just build more trust.

All this to say, I don't think I went as hard this December as I have gone in December's

past.

And usually by the time I get to January, I'm like gagging for dry-jain.

I'm like, oh my god, I can't wait to not drink.

Like this is amazing.

And I honestly had a bit more of a chill December in the end.

So I'm not struggling, but I will say that this first particularly cold week in LA, I

was craving a glass of wine here and there.

Don't worry, I didn't bend, but I just wanted to give that moment of honesty.

I've had a cozy week kind of getting back into work.

I also will say that I was enjoying hibernation so much and enjoying family time so much that

I have a little bit of scary, which is so unlike me.
