In its simplest definition, values are the fundamental beliefs of an organization, the guiding principles that dictate how people should behave and act. A company’s values help people know the difference between right and wrong, and they help companies determine if they are on the right path to fulfilling their overall business goals.

Our BEDROCK Principles reflect what is truly important to us. These values drive all aspects of our performance: from planning, to marketing, to operating, to finance, to serving our team members & our customers. Our principles have remained consistent since Sunrise was founded, and they are frequently cited as a reason why our employees love working here. These principles do not change from time to time, situation to situation, or person to person. These Bedrock principles are foundational values that truly stand the test of time and shape our company culture.

1:02.9	but hey, if I can take 10 beautiful months out of the year
1:06.3	and then have two kind of humid months,
1:08.3	I'll take that all day, any day, but.
1:10.5	But you know at the end of the day,
1:11.7	even though like it's really hot here for two months it's just as hot in pretty much every other part of the country so those that are up in the Northeast that might complain about my family, friends, my mom and dad always say I'm not coming to Florida in June July or August because it's too hot.
1:24.4	They just had like 100 plus degree weather up there, you know a week or two ago, so I don't even want to hear it.
1:29.4	I'd rather take the sea breeze and the humidity all day long over 106 or
1:34.3	107 degrees up in the northeast so I'm with you man I grew up in the Chicago land area
1:39.1	and it gets up to 100 105 during the summer and you don't have a go, you don't have an ocean to go jump into when you get a little hot.
