final day of the year. Here we go y'all. December 31st and David, this podcast is being dropped.

That's it. We're about to cross that invisible imaginary border into what we will project to be

a new year but inevitably we know that it will probably be more of the same. Let's be honest,

because New Year's resolutions don't work. None of it works. It's just more of the same. You're still

you with the crack of midnight. Sure, you're going to be a little coked up and you probably you

probably ate some ridiculous over-the-top meal that you really didn't need to do but you know,

it felt necessary because you know we've all decided as a people that it's something to celebrate

that we've made one more you know rotation around the sun. So you're all hopped up on

fucking you know lobster tail and cheap steak and that Columbia and calcium that bugashuga,

that white lady, the white rider. You know what I'm saying? Some you know some of Pablo Escobar's

smelling salts, right? You've been drinking probably at a club, probably overpaid for some

bullshit bottle service or you know felt stressed out to take your partner somewhere epic.

When really it's just a goddamn money pit this holiday. You're not getting anything more special

but all of a sudden just because you know the New Year is a common all the restaurants and the clubs

can charge double. This is bullshit or maybe worst of all you've like you know paid money to

ring in the New Year with Pitbull at some club in Miami for an exorbitant amount of money.
