| 1:06.0 | looking at some of the body, like body scans and dexas scans and whatnot, certain people put on a lot more muscle than |
| 1:13.0 | other people. And for the most part, the macros were super consistent across the group. I mean, |
| 1:19.0 | not identical. Some people got a little bit more, but everybody was within the same kind of |
| 1:22.6 | macronutrient ratios following the same training program. And why is it that certain people put on more muscle than others? |
| 1:29.3 | The only thing or the only variable we can't account for is actually the execution of the movements |
| 1:36.3 | and them chasing relative intensity in the gym because we don't have eyes on that. |
| 1:40.3 | So we wanted to do is create an event to get all these power athlete people here so that we |
| 1:44.9 | can actually put our hands on them, get into it, understand the mechanisms of hypertrophy, |
| 1:48.9 | and then have some fun training and try to see if we can get people a little bit farther than |
