Well, we are here to talk a little bit about the power athlete, hypertrophy standard, or what we call the hypertrophy seminar.

And where this came about is, as you guys might be aware or not aware or living under a rock,

we've been running these Hammer 90 tests.

And what we've been doing is kind of taking small segments of power athlete, pulling them

aside and doing custom programming, nutrition, macros, team meetings, private discord,

and created this really cool boutique

experience. And as we got into it, you know, people adhere to the calories, they adhere to the

macros, their food, people are getting incredible results. But as we were going back and

looking at some of the body, like body scans and dexas scans and whatnot, certain people put on a lot more muscle than

other people. And for the most part, the macros were super consistent across the group. I mean,

not identical. Some people got a little bit more, but everybody was within the same kind of

macronutrient ratios following the same training program. And why is it that certain people put on more muscle than others?

The only thing or the only variable we can't account for is actually the execution of the movements

and them chasing relative intensity in the gym because we don't have eyes on that.

So we wanted to do is create an event to get all these power athlete people here so that we

can actually put our hands on them, get into it, understand the mechanisms of hypertrophy,

and then have some fun training and try to see if we can get people a little bit farther than

they were. Yeah, you know, and you mentioned like maybe you've been living under the rock.
