Summary

Cariad talks to writer and presenter Simon Thomas (Blue Peter, Sky Sports, Love Interrupted) about his wife Gemma, who died of blood cancer in 2017. Simon talks about the incredible shock he suffered after his wife's very sudden death, helping his son process what had happened and how he got through the first year without Gemma. As ever they talk through grief, shock + McDonalds.
