Summary

Cariad talks to journalist, writer + broadcaster, Sali Hughes (Guardian, Pretty Honest, Our Rainbow Queen) about her Father, her friend Carey Lander from the band Camera Obscura and her Mother. Sali was estranged from her Mother for thirteen years, although they did see each other before she died, this episode deals with grief when you aren't speaking to the family member anymore, in case that may be hard for anyone to hear. As ever they talk grief, friendship + unfinished business.

You can follow Sali on twitter and instagram @Salihughes and her new book, Our Rainbow Queen, is out now. You can follow the Griefcast on twitter and instagram @thegriefcast.
