Summary
Do you label foods as good and bad? If so, why do you do that? What classifies a food as good or bad?
In this episode, I'm talking about the different reasons that people may consider a food to be good or bad and how that can affect you. I also help make the shift away from using those labels if it's something you want to do. There's a different way to look at all of it and I'm sharing it with you here.

| 0:29.0 | Hi, how are you? You good? You bad? You label in your foods as good and bad. If you do or some version of those labels, |

| 1:46.8 | They are bad and therefore shouldn't be eaten. |
| 1:50.4 | I don't know if I necessarily called foods bad, but I definitely called them my binge foods. |
| 1:57.2 | It's not a super negative way of talking about them, but it definitely put them in a category that |
| 2:02.2 | really just meant that I wasn't able to control myself when I ate them. A food was a binge food, |
| 2:07.9 | which was really code for, I've binged on that food before, and if I eat it, I will binge on it again. |
