Hello and welcome to day five of the mindset boot camp. This is potentially the most important

0:08.4

episode. It's certainly a topic that I am very passionate about and I try to live my life by.

0:13.9

And that is rejecting the norm and refusing to be average and refusing to settle for a mediocre life.

1:40.3

You shouldn't exercise too much.

1:41.6

You shouldn't stand out by prioritizing the food that you

1:45.5
