There's been through, I mean, our friendship has lasted the test of time. I feel like at this point, we could be engaged and married. I mean, we've been friends. We've been working together. I mean, you know, we've been doing this programming thing and really just been in close contact for over a decade. So, and it's, it's sad when I went back and looked and you were like in the 200s on the podcast. And now we're in the 800s. So I felt it was time to bring back the man, the myth, the legend, Mr. Dave Spitz to Power Athlete Radio. Thank you. Thank you for having me. It has been too long. Actually, I haven't done any podcasts in a long time. So I'm facing obsolescence. This is, this is important for me.

opened a second Cal Strength location and then opened a larger more all-inclusive club called

So I've kind of just been stretching my legs across these other disciplines and the media stuff is kind of taken a back seat.
