Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I'm doing in a slightly different format.

0:07.7

Today's episode, I'm going to share a coaching tool that we use on Commit 6, that we've been developing a little bit.

0:17.0

Some of the principles we've already been using, but this is a more like streamlined coaching tool that we're going to be implementing.

0:22.8

And we've been working on this for the past, I guess you could say a couple of years,

0:27.0

but also significantly more focused couple of weeks.

0:30.4

So I'm going to share this new coaching tool.

0:32.1

absolute bullshit dressed up as science and sometimes it can be quite hard to see through. And I came

1:26.8

across this example last week

1:28.2

and I was like, it did actually blow my mind a little bit, like kind of the imagination behind it as

1:34.9

well, right? So I want to read out an example of this and we find it. I was sent this as a real.

1:40.1

And it was essentially a woman explaining how she helped this client. And honestly, it was the most

1:45.8

complicated process, like, insanely complicated process that I've ever heard. And they've done this

1:53.1

on purpose, right? Because obviously, if it's wildly overcomplicated, then you're going to need
