My guest today was a very good guest. His episode will not go live for a little

while to coincide with his book release. Tom Galesano, the CEO founder of Paychecks, the payroll

processing company. Tom's done kind of good with the business.

He's made himself about $4 billion.

Pretty damn cool story.

A very plain spoken guy.

His book is very direct.

And it got me thinking today about society and its lack of thinking

a common theme on this podcast but here's another example of that lack of thinking that i'm

seeing all the time today you are supposed to like something.

You don't get a chance to choose.

If the group says it's good, you go along with it.

If the team that you're on says it's good, you go along with it.

This is modern life. People do not make decisions

or judgments for themselves. They don't trust themselves. They only trust the group.
