This week I am joined by Jess and Kate from the Seltzer Squad pod,

and we are sitting down to have a really fun conversation about sobriety.

I always say that there's no one path to get sober, and it's actually interesting because I recorded

this podcast several weeks ago, and I talk a lot about my journey from being in AA and regularly

attending to stopping altogether, and what that has been like over the last couple of years.

And just a few weeks ago, I actually resumed attending AA meetings, and I think I've said this

in the podcast episode that I did with Evan. I have absolutely nothing against AO when I left it

as for a number of reasons, but at the end of the day, I'm just really glad that we have this program

and community, and right now in quarantine, I'm feeling more than ever like what I need, and what I

miss most is community is knowing that there's other people out there who are walking a similar path

to mine. So this is a great episode, it's really fun. We talk about our different journeys and our

individual experiences, and what's worked for us, and what hasn't worked for us, and so with that,

I hope you enjoyed this week's episode. As you can see, my quarantine life is very hectic.
