Yeah, John, thanks for having me, John. It's a pleasure chatting. We've known each other now for a

couple of years and I've talked on a number of occasions. Yeah, you know, I think this is a very

important caveat. I am certainly a proponent

for a carnivore diet. I think it has potential for tremendous therapeutic benefit for a lot of

conditions, particularly things like autoimmune disease and diabetes, mental health and some other

things that we've seen good success with. You know, it's not certainly for everyone. There are a lot of

people that can get healthy in a lot of different ways. You mentioned GLP-1s as a drug route. That is a lifetime subscription for people that don't know that. I mean, it's basically, it's engineered to be something you take for the rest of your life. You know, those people, it's pretty clear the data shows when people come off the GLP ones, they gain a weight back. So it's's not i don't know if that's the right sustainable solution um yeah i mean you can get lean you can lean a lot
