Hello listeners, this is Glen Osslund, and Infants on Thrones is 10 years old.

Now some of you have been on this ride with me the entire time, and many of you haven't.

Regardless, I always appreciate hearing from listeners who have changed over the years,

as I've changed, and this podcast has changed, we're all always growing from one thing into something else.

And it's been an incredible ride that's still going, of course, but I want to commemorate this 10-year birthday of Infants on Thrones

by revisiting some of my favorite infant episodes from the past.

And I'll tell you what all of this podcasting has done for me personally.

It's made me very interested in mental, emotional, and, yes, even spiritual health.

This is why I'm in the process of becoming a licensed therapist.

It's why I've been working as a life coach for the past few years, and it's why I keep making episodes for this podcast

to rewire my own brain, to reshape my own confirmation biases, so that I can truly look for the good,

so that I can truly put down the weapons that I use against myself,

and so that I can intentionally focus on putting more peace, understanding, acceptance, joy, and playfulness into this world,

as much as I can.
