So for those that don't know, Adrian is Johnny's long-term strength coach. |

So walking off a college wrestling mat, what do you see as the challenges, a wrestler who's a high-level athlete, they're Olympic-level guys, right? |

They have to work probably twice as hard to keep that weight off because they don't have anyone telling them what to do, what time to wake up, when to come to practice. So they're coddled in college. Exactly. You know, and sometimes that can be good, though, you know what I mean? Because, like, you have a strong team, just like, you know, our team team takedown we like to kind of cater the athlete to do everything we can so he could perform at his |
