I have always been fascinated by human nature for as long as I can remember.

I don't read a lot of fiction, but I read tons of self-help.

I read psychology books and I read biographies.

Those have always been the types of books I've loved reading because I'm just fascinated

with studying human behavior.

One of the things that I have learned both through the reading and studying I've done

through my training as a life coach by just paying attention to people, paying attention

to myself, and then also my, you know, working experience as a leadership and performance

coach.

And now as a life coach.

I have come to the conclusion that most all of us are hardwired to have all or nothing

mentality to a certain degree at least.

Certainly it shows up differently for all of us and we have it to varying degrees.
