So this is our last episode of the first season of finding our way and this

podcast has been exactly what the title says we have been finding our way throughout the whole process and project. My brother and

I were talking about this podcast for about a year and a half before we started it

and if I'm honest it was doubt that stopped me. Doubt that we could make

a podcast that could actually convey what we hoped it could convey, doubt that people would like it, and I kept

being in a question of if it was the right time to share, if it was the right time to do a

podcast. But once we got around to doing it, once we made

the offer, once we put it out into the world, I realized that it was happening through divine

timing. It was happening right on time. I knew from the start

that I wanted to create something that felt like it could move at the pace of our

breath, that it could really allow for the depth of conversation, that you could really feel

genuine connection in the conversations.

I also wanted to create this podcast because I myself was feeling really disoriented and sometimes I was feeling afraid

this unsure of what the future held like a lot of us I felt the instability of the moment and many things I believe are being rightfully shaken.

There are many things that are being taken apart that are being reim apart, that are being reimagined, that need to be.

In that instability, some of us turn to denial, and some of us are choosing to be more honest than ever.

This is a period I think of discernment, a period where we each learn how to make choices and distinctions and choose who we want to be and who we want to be with.

We have an opportunity to bring more commitment, more thoughtfulness, more care, more presence to everything we do.

I know that some of us may be for the first time really stopping to listen to the

brilliant and the wisdom of the teachers that we have in this moment.

When I was asking myself who to be in conversation with on this podcast, I was asking myself,

who are the people that are teaching me? Who are the people that are helping to orient me to this moment?
