This week's topic is let's talk about sex.

And before we get into it, I want to check in

and ask if you did your homework. I really hope

that you took time this past week to share your true feelings, your

authentic feelings with someone or a few people, or if you did not

have someone you felt comfortable sharing with that you journaled about your

feelings beyond I'm fine or I'm good.

So now let's shift to a really important topic

in our journey home and that is our sexual lives and our sexual identities because

when we talk about disconnection from the self and the journey home. A part of coming home to

yourself is not only mentally, which we've discussed, emotionally, which we've discussed, socially, which we've discussed,

culturally, which we've discussed, but also sexually.
