Welcome to talking scripture. I'm Mike and I'm Bryce and today we're going to be an

ether six through 11 and there's a lot of stuff in here with Kings and government and power.

And sons being jealous and brothers being angry at brothers.

So much.

Fighting over power.

But before we do that, let's jump back to something that we didn't take time for last time.

We try to make these podcasts just a right amount, not too much, not too little, kind of like the Goldilock zone of podcasting,

but there was something that we felt like we should go back and address.

So back in Ether chapter 3, this is especially for those teachers and parents out there who are trying

to teach truth to other people.

There's this beautiful teaching moment where the brother of Jared brings his stones up to the Lord.

And he's a little hesitant.

I know this is a big ask Lord, you know, would you stick your finger down and touch these?

But watch the Lord who is the master teacher teach him. So he sticks his

finger down and the brother of Jared sees the finger of the Lord and he's kind of blown away and the

Lord says why has thou fallen verse seven I knew not that you had flesh and blood

he corrects that I don't have flesh and
