So we want to be talking about your results, whether you're new to fasting, you're an extended, faster or if you've dabbled here and there maybe

you've hit the the weight loss plateau and it's starting to get a little stale or

what their health is they know the importance of why blood sugar matters because we can't test insulin at home but it's directly related to your insulin response which is what we want. We want to be focusing on the underlying cause of weight loss resistance.
