It's very draining to be someone that you're not in order to make other people happy. Because it is a trap. So many men have this like kettle that's boiling that's just building because they're not expressing. They don't want to upset someone. What if that's not the right person? I hear this a lot from the guys that I coach. It's like sometimes it feels like everything I'm doing for my partner is not enough. The polarity will fade when you do that. A lot of those blocks come from the inner child dynamics that we experience growing up of who we believed we needed to be in order to be loved. There's time she called me and she was just venting. I had to literally just listen to her and then say, wow, that must like in the moment, she just wanted to feel seen and heard in her pain. You have to be in some level of tension for growth to happen. And most of us are just trying to avoid it. Yeah, why would we label it as bad? Why would we judge the tension? So my ego all day long can visualize the perfect relationship, the perfect amount of business success, and think that's the best case scenario. But what I realized is...
