Summary

One of the foundational views of The Days of Noah podcast, and a Rosetta Stone to understanding the Bible, we talk on this episode why it's so important to correctly understand just who are the Sons of God in Genesis 6, what they did to corrupt humanity, and the implications for defending Biblical truth and why God had to do what he did (the Flood, the "devoted to destruction" against Nephilim tribes like the Canaanites). 0:00.0	anybody in the church that doesn't take a position on genesis six it's a foundational thing
0:20.3	that opens your eyes to the Bible, the reality of what took place in Noah's time and what's taking place now.
0:30.0	We agree with these quotes. Therefore, we need to understand Genesis 6 1 through 4. For example, he says,
0:37.3	we can't give up on the foundation of the
0:39.2	Bible as truth when we try to argue apologetics. People don't understand these topics because
0:44.9	pastors are not teaching it. The attack is on the word of God right from the serpent in the garden.
0:50.5	Did God really say? He says, there's no neutral position. If you're not gathering,
0:56.2	you're scattering. Churches are teaching all kinds of you on Genesis 1 through 11, and that's not good.
1:02.2	I'm agreeing and saying, take it, take what you are saying, and apply it to Genesis 6.
1:09.7	To understand how important it is to fight for every word of God,
1:14.6	we don't get to be neutral that we have to take a position on it
1:19.6	because anything that we're neutral on or anything that is in error,
1:24.4	the enemy can exploit down the road.
1:27.8	And he stops and looks at me and says, I grew up in the church.
1:32.2	And if you can tell me why God was saying to murder women and children in the Old Testament,
1:38.9	I can possibly wrestle with religion again.
1:42.9	Like, and it shut me down because as a young and new believer, I had no argument for that.
1:48.0	I didn't have a personal response for that because I didn't understand the threads like
1:53.3	the seed bore in the Bible.
1:54.9	What seed are we talking about here?
1:57.6	So when I started to see that stuff come together from the great minds like Dr. Michael
