I was just a bit frustrated. I had this huge pile of stories that I wanted to tell and no outlet for.

And of course, I thought, well, you know, I can just talk a podcast, which is just the brilliance of the medium,

that it doesn't require a huge amount of commitment or investment at the start. You can just give it a go.

Hey folks, welcome to the Adventure Sports podcast. I'm your host, Mason. Well, I'm actually not your host today because

today's a throwback Thursday episode, Kurt Lindvill's host in this show. He was the previous host.

And this episode actually goes back a handful of years. We're talking to Christopher Slight,

and it's all about mountaineering in the winter in Scotland. And I think it's a good time because, you know, winter's going to be here before you know it. And Christopher's such a good storyteller. You're really going to enjoy this. But like I said, winter's going to be upon us soon. And it's good to come up with a plan now of how you're going to stay active when the days are shorter, when it's, you know, not as comfortable outside because it's freezing.

Or if you like skiing, then, you know, you're going to be happy versus me who just, you know,

every winter is a challenge because I don't deal with the cold really well.

So it's like, okay, stay active, do the things you love.

You can get through this.

I don't have to worry about it as much now,

because we're a little farther south, but it is an important time of year mentally,

physically to stay active and stay healthy. So this would be good. It's a be good conversation.
