So many things where I was so certain and so cocky and so sure of myself and then just like thing after thing is like it all the realizing like I was so wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about you know so it's it just becomes harder and harder to think like well I'm really certain about all these things and then I have all the right answers so it's just like all these things together I think give me some space to think about it in a different way think about it so certain so cocky so about certain so cocky so what are the forces in the world?

and the universe that brought us together at this point in time right here and right now Michael

I was already kind of interested in this free little question I had listened to your episode and I was like oh this is interesting you know they're gonna you know tackle it from the the LDS point of view you know

Did we I don't I don't remember if we did it from an LDS point of view you didn't at all that's what I was expecting so that's so cocky so I clicked on it and I listened and you know I kind of have this obsessive personality

I was listening and I was thinking about all the things you know you wrote me a book man that email was long I did I was just you know going through it

and and thinking about the arguments you guys made and some response it just wasn't very it wasn't very satisfactory to you wasn't Michael there were just things that I said that you're like

and now I got straight in that guy there's some of that you know it's like I have a hard time you know people I can't go on Facebook anymore so I just get sucked into arguments

I really hope Michael that the days of arguing over the supremacy of ideas is over for me it's not like here is the truth about free will or whatever it is

and I know it and you don't but it it's like I'm trying to figure this stuff out and here's what I think

and I'm really interested to know what you're seeing and why you're seeing it that way and just to have a conversation about it that isn't like a battle over the supremacy of ideas

I think that's the best way that I can say I love that perspective you know I'm trying to be more like that myself you know

because I feel like the church really drilled into into me this this black and white right and wrong we have the truth

we have you know the absolute monopoly on you know on all this stuff and so my brain still goes there you know we you know you spend all this time thinking that you have the right answers

and you're told that you have to go out and evangelize and tell everyone else or else they're eternal souls that stay for days

mingled with humor I don't believe in you many willing to preach to you the philosophies of men mingled with humor we are evolving
