damn day. Join former NFL Pro and Power Athlete founder John Wellborn as he dissects the

0:13.5

greatest minds in strength, conditioning, and more. So whether your goal is to be the hammer,

0:19.3

destroy mediocrity, or simply move the dirt, you've come to the right place.

Now with the warm up done, let the gains begin.

1:26.1

these cool mitt technology over a number of years.

1:29.4

And I am completely floored with, not only this podcast, the information and what he was talking about

1:35.9

for using it for hypertrophy studies and volume for pushups and pullups and some of the anecdotal stuff.

1:42.3

So we dig in on the elements of the cool

1:45.8

mitts, more importantly, how to cool the hands, how it works, what the temperature, and the

1:50.6

performance-enhancing effects, which he was able to, you know, claim and substantiate through research,

1:57.3

are very performance-enhancing steroid-esque. So it also also relates to hypertrophy and strength, but also to endurance.
