The things we talk about, you know, expanding and contracting and working through your emotions.

It's not a head game, you know, you can consciously say, okay, I'm going to try to drop into my body now.

But if your nervous system is going into fight or flight, there's just not much you can do.

And I think there's an element to physical shape and strengthening your nervous system

that helps you feel the extraneous streams.

Kind of like this puzzle that we don't really know how it all fits together,

but it does somehow. And we're all fulfilling someone else's experiences in a way that we agree to.

So I wouldn't put it all on intuition or all on spirit guides or all on higher self or whatever.

I think it might be a combination of many things.

Those are kind of like those synergistic moments when we see that we're actually doing something,

like we're completing a plan that our unconscious mind laid out for us.

Does that make sense? That makes sense.

95% of our experiences are basically programs, like we're not actually consciously creating

until, and this was the fun part, they've done multiple studies on the brain and they found that

taking the quote red pill and being conscious of your experiences happens when you fall in love.

I don't know how much I can talk about it, but just like having a dream and then communicating that

dream and then like, oh, I had that dream too. Or, you know, just like little things like that that,

you're like, how in the world do things like this line up?

This is infants on thrones, baby steps, the philosophies of men, mingled with humor.

I don't believe them, but many willing to preach to do the philosophies of men mingled with humor.

We are evolving, baby steps, moving by end, just ruler of the mind.

Look for the good in everything.
