Summary

Oftentimes the best adventures are not in the most well-known places or in the most dramatic of sceneries. Hidden gems of adventure are all around us. In fact, as we say on this show, adventure is anywhere you are.

Alexandre had his sights set on Turkey, a country he had longed to visit. Little did he know, the adjacent and lesser-traveled country of Georgia would quickly become one of his favorite places in his more than seven-year full-time travel adventure.

1:02.1

with a different country altogether, the country of Georgia. We're talking to a full-time adventure,

1:08.0

Alexandra Billowedow Desbians, full-time adventuring all around the world for

the last seven years. And what I love about that is you get to see so many places. You get to see

1:17.5

the places that are really hyped up and the places that aren't. And so many people who see so much

1:23.0

of the world, we hear it time and time again, some of their favorite experiences are the places off the beaten

1:28.3

path. The places where I hear this phrase a lot specifically, you don't have any expectations,

1:34.5

places where you weren't trying to build up in your head or you weren't trying to, you know,

1:38.2

get through in your head. It was just the places you didn't have anything to go off of. You just went.

1:43.4

And oftentimes those places end up being our

1:45.9

most memorable. I don't know, there's got to be something that can explain that. And maybe that's a good
