As always I want to thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen and to, you know, to be entertained and also educated and ultimately this podcast is about moving you forward as a

business person as a human being. You know me well enough to know I'm on all the

different social channels but one of the channels that I've had a lot of fun

with certainly over the last

18 months now is Instagram specifically stories more specifically asking me a

question right where I literally post that little question box on

Instagram and I say,

you know, ask me anything. Well, the setup for what I want to share with you today, I was

standing in front of a giant boulder down in Laguna Beach where I was writing my book and spending the entire day.

So early in the morning I walked down and I stood in front of this giant rock and I looked at it and

I said, you know, there's so many people that stand in front of an

obstacle and think it's insurmountable that there's no way they could get through

it get around it that it's to the point that it consumes them and we can all think of many things right now in our country and around the world that feel like these problems that are they're just bigger than us.

And I remember standing there thinking to myself,

you know, I got to do something on Instagram and I took a photo and I think I basically said,
