thing. I'm not, and I'm, and, wow, it started well. And something that I'll keep, I'll

not keep failing on, not even sure if this is possible.

And this is exactly how we coach, right? And I think so many people feel like this,

like they're always constantly on a diet and that it's never going to be easy for them.

And they're always going to be on a diet or off a diet. And yeah, it's always going to be a shalogue for want of a better word.

What you need to do here is to focus more on how positive diet and exercise can be.

And I think this comes from a place of, I guess, like, the whole of society,

feeling like diet and exercise is something that you have to do, not something that you get to do.

And really what we try and do on coaching is to brainwash you out of that.

And try and think of it like this.

If you had a friend who wanted to lose weight, or if you're thinking about wanting the best for your partner or for your children or just for someone that you care about, you would absolutely

be looking at their diet and their exercise and what they're putting in their bodies and how much

they're sleeping, right? Because you want the best for them. But so often we try and hate ourselves
