recorded in a single session, so we don't have an intro for part two, so I'll just remind you that

playing Jilly, Paolo Kiroz is playing Officer Gary Hallett, that's me, and Jaws Vammer is our

GM. I'll also throw in a special shout-out and thank you to listener Levi Betts, who sent us the

hear reprise at the end of the episode. And with that out of the way, I will send us back to

Practical Magic. That's what I think is so great about this movie, because there's a scene in it where

there's a woman from across town who comes in and it's like, I swear I heard my kid crying

all the way across town one night. And Aunt Francis turns to her and says, I think there's a little witch in all of us.

And it's like that line I think crystallizes this movie for so many women specifically who like we don't really feel like we're allowed to believe our senses.

We get gaslit a lot.

And like this movie giving us that opportunity to be like yeah like maybe I wasn't crazy

maybe I do have an intuition that doesn't get referenced as much it's like landed it in pop

culture as a touchstone for so many women for me it was it was the relationships in the film

in particular between Sally and Jilly I have a free-spirited, wild child, red-headed little sister.

I am a very, like, grounded, logical, see-the-world for how it is type person.

We were like 15 and 13 when this movie came out, which is like...

Perfect age.

Perfect age for this movie below when you like sort of connect with and really care about

the love story aspect of it.

But for me, the true love story in this is between the sisters.
