So why don't you sort of take us back to the beginning in your journey with alcohol?

Where did it all start for you?

Okay, so, um... did it all start for you? Okay so when I was younger I grew up around alcohol obviously

from the UK it is part of the culture but my dad was an alcoholic and so I was around alcohol from an early age.

So even at home, my dad would drink at home and then they would often go to the pub at the weekends, my mom and dad would go to the pub at the weekend,

so I would obviously tag along.

And so I was all part of that, you know, that was normal to me,

just going to the pub and I was really good at Poole at the age of seven,

you know, and I didn't mind it at that time it was when it got later on to the evening that everybody started to become really drunk and I didn't like that being around that. I think I have our first drink when I was about 13 or 14 and I don't remember it being

brilliant. I don't ever think I thought oh this is fantastic and I didn't really bother with it again until I got into my later teen years.

My mom took on a pub when I was 17 and I started working there with her.

We were sort of worked in partnership.

So the more we were around it and we were socialising with the locals,

the more I really started to get interested into drinking.

I started going out more with my friends and I would always be the last one out. I would always be that person that wanted to stay out so when everybody's had enough wanting to go home, I'm still there.

And there was just no stopping me and it became that I would then drink to black out

and I wouldn't remember anything and you wake up with that feeling of dread.
