So earlier this week, we did the reno reveal.

Elizabeth finished her kitchen, and she's making pancakes, and she's making soup,

and the difficult memories of the renovation will slowly fade away.

It's like childbirth.

Yeah, I thought in the nest we ought to talk about some of the renovation tools and things that you should think about or do if you're thinking about a renovation.

So real quickly, some important things.

I've renovated a couple of houses.

I just can't stress enough.

One of the greatest renovation tools I had was knowledge because I was the primary

contact for the contractor.

And if you've ever worked with the contractor, contractors are lovely, but it's much better

if you have a conversation with them if you have knowledge.

True.

And so I, you know, you should know basic, you know, I really feel if you're going to do a renovation,

know the basics about construction.
