Okay, today I'm, I know everyone's like appearing about pregnancy and motherhood and stuff like that. I get it, but just bear with us for an hour. Okay. Here's the thing.

When you get pregnant, most people I would say, when you get pregnant, all you do is like research constantly and then like you're always googling new things that are coming up. And you just learned so much weird shit.

Like, I feel like every pregnant person is like, why did nobody tell me about this? But there's so much even beyond like just like the painful symptoms and all that kind of crap. I'm going to tell you some facts today. Okay.

Some, some facts about the pregnancy. I will pregnancy about like after pregnancy. A lot of the stuff, a good portion of it revolves around breast milk, which like you already know these facts because I've relayed them to you. Yeah, but it's so interesting. Like I knew basically nothing about breast milk. And now I feel like I know still basically nothing because there's so much to it.

Well, see, it's interesting because like I really didn't like think too much about breast milk and like how how much like goes into it.

But I remember when I was taking my plant-based nutrition course, they talked a lot about like the health impacts of humans drinking cow milk because cow milk is it's it's meant for cows.

It's meant to build, you know cows stronger like baby cows stronger and stuff like that. And so now when I'm reading through when I started reading through like human breast milk stuff, I'm like, oh yeah, like this is, you know, the same thing like that your breast milk is like tailored to your baby, which we'll talk about.
