Summary
Your body is more than an image, it’s a temple. We dive into the truth about body image, how culture can distort our view, and what it really means to care for and preserve the temple God gave us. We talk about the importance of rest, boundaries, wellness, and grace for the fact that not everyone has an able body. Whether you’ve struggled with comparison, health challenges, or simply learning to love the skin you’re in, this conversation is for you.
