1:17.6 | kind of like subconscious, sticks around despite the fact that it doesn't work, right? Despite the |
1:24.3 | fact that people have probably been doing that for most of their life and actually not got the result that they wanted |
1:29.3 | despite the proof that you tend to find it just makes you miserable and then you end up often self-sabotaging or self-soothing with usually overeating and then that obviously isn't going to help you towards your actual goal of losing weight. |
1:48.2 | If you've been trying that approach for years, if you kind of resonate with this, if you're like, yeah, I always have this kind of underlying pressure that I want to lose weight and I kind of almost don't want to let go of that in case, because I have this belief and I kind of know it's not |
