Okay, okay. Let me be with Hey Girl. What's going on? What's going on? Oh, nothing, nothing. just, you know, living life, trying to kind of scared me

for a second.

Yeah.

Living life with no fear.

Oh my gosh, that was, you know,

I was like, I had just spear to fear just now. But she looked at it, I didn't do something right. So we were gonna talk about something that we haven't yet aired and talked about, well, how do we know we haven't? Fear. I think that when I was going through like some of the different emotions, I was trying to think of like what we haven't talked about. It's like I know we talked about grief. I know we talked about patience, you know, and so on. Different things. But fear is real too. Even though we don't like to talk about it as Christians and we don't have the spirit of fear. It is still prevalent. So we got a spirit. Do we? Yeah. We can talk about it in a very realistic, like, relevant way, because it is something that people do it. Cause I was saying before that somebody had asked me, what people ask me all the time about, I'm scared to do this. And I'm afraid to do that. And I'm scared to do this. So it's a very real thing. Yeah. it might as well as we might as well talk about it. So can you tell people what fear is or how you would describe fear? I would say fear is a feeling that you get when you feel like you're in danger. Mm-hmm. Fish or lock or you? Just pull it back. Yeah. You know this know, this ponytail is funny for me to blues and it's coming down tomorrow. So fear is my hair just being in me to blues in a way. Fear is yes, the feeling that you get when you're in danger, I think. And that's whatever you perceive danger to be, but you feel danger. You feel like something is going to happen that is going to hurt me, harm me, or that I don't want to happen or I don't like. Do you think that people are walking around with fear or do you think that they're walking around with anxiety? So I really think that it's more so an anxiety or a nervousness or just like a, I don't know, I was gonna say healthy hesitation, but just like a hesitation.

I think it's okay to think through things.

I think it's okay to process things.

I think it's okay to run through scenarios

and make sure you're making the right decision.

I just think that you can't categorize everything as fear
