| 0:59.0 | My very intense regret and sadness and disgust and guilt about all these things that I've |

| 1:05.8 | So first of all, I would say that all the research that I've done and all the experts agree |
| 1:12.6 | that guilt, regret and remorse are very, very good things. |
| 1:17.8 | They are things that while they don't feel good, bring you awareness and give you the |
| 1:22.6 | capacity and the desire and the will to change. |
| 1:26.2 | So we're going to talk about the difference between guilt and regret and remorse and |
| 1:31.4 | a very narcissistic self-centered, self-loathing which ends up being completely counterproductive. |
| 1:38.2 | So first let's talk about guilt. |
| 1:39.8 | So guilt can be really valuable because it encourages our moral compass. |
| 1:43.7 | And what guilt is, is a feeling that you want to do something better, you want to compensate, |
| 1:49.4 | you want to give recompense to somebody you've wronged or somebody you loved. |
