What's cracking?

So let me bring you up to date on what's been going on the last couple of weeks.

And then I will have another tremendous conversation for you with somebody that I've got immense respect for, and I know you will as well

by the end of the episode if you don't already. First things first, I spent a couple of weeks in

the North Woods of Wisconsin in a town called Eagle River where we have a summer home. My wife,

Janet, and our younger son, Logan, who is getting ready to go away to college,

are still there as I speak.

And our older son, Jake, came to visit from Madison, which is about a three and a half

hour drive to Eagle River.

Then I came back to Cali to resume the grind so they could all continue living the Lake Life dream.

Just kidding, Jano.

But I'm not kidding about Lokes.

He's coming home, but only to bust out for Columbia before he heads to Boulder.

Not Columbia University, but Columbia like South America, like Bogota, like Medellin, like before

entering college. Because I did stuff like that before I stepped on to the campus of UC

Santa Barbara back in the day. Sure, I didn't. And if Loges, we're here right now, I'd crack wise and say,

Damn, son, must be nice.

And because he's learned a roll with all my jabs and defused nearly anything and everything I throw at him,

he would just say, it really is, pop.

It's lit.
