Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I'm going to talk to you today about

a different approach to fat loss. It's the approach that I take to fat loss. And I know most people

come to me to lose fat, but really what I want to show them is how good they can feel. And interestingly, this approach

will actually get you better fat loss. Like this is more effective for fat loss than focusing

on fat loss. Trust me on this. So if you've been dieting on and off for years, then quite honestly, the last

thing that you need is another fat loss diet. Like it's clearly not working. This is why we

approach things differently on commit to six. We focus on having you feel your best. And there

are three key reasons why I do this. Number one, rather

than the usual approach of seeing dieting as miserable, restrictive, unenjoyable, you start

to see dieting or eating healthy and exercising as something positive that you get to do

because you want to feel your best the second reason is it's actually much

easier to lose fat when you feel good and I think that's largely overlooked by people. It's easier to make

healthy choices to get to the gym and to increase your activity levels when you feel good. And then

the nice thing is those actions compound to make you feel even better. And when you take a step back,

you're like, oh, the things I need to do to feel good are actually quite similar, if not the

exact same things, as the things I need to do to lose fat. But actually when you shift your focus to,

I want to do these things because I deserve to feel good because I want to feel

my best. It feels completely different than I am forcing myself to do these things because

I want to lose body fat. And then the third reason is when you get to the core of it, everyone's

goal is really to enjoy their life more. And you can think about

that with anything, right? Like delve down into really why that is, right? It's why you want a good

job. It's why you want a nice car. It's why you want a healthy family. It's why you want a loving
